IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Our online pharmacy prices, including our free shipping, is a benefit we extend to our established clients and patients ONLY.  If you are not a current client, your request will be denied.  We will not authorize non-client requests even with a written prescription.   

 

Please note the following when ordering:

  • All orders will be reviewed by our veterinary team for valid client/patient relationship and accuracy.  Please allow 1-2 business days for prescription authorization and filling.  You will receive an email when your order has been processed.
  • All products and prescriptions on our online pharmacy qualify for free shipping.  Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping of all orders.
  • If you are not notified regarding a prescription status within 2 business days of placing order or if you have questions at any time regarding our store, please contact our hospital at (608) 592-3232.  We will be more than happy to assist you!
