At Lodi Veterinary Care, we pride ourselves on our professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate veterinary care team. Our certified veterinary technicians, veterinary service specialists, veterinary assistants and administrative team will provide top quality service for you and your animals. Veterinary Service Specialists
Annie was raised on a small Holstein dairy farm near Spooner, WI, where her days were filled with feeding calves, riding ponies and caring for kittens. After moving to the Baraboo area, Annie still enjoys spending time with horses. After managing a local brood-mare ranch sparked her interest in equine service, she joined the team in 2011. Annie has a great appreciation for the outdoors and can be found hunting, fishing, participating in historical reenactments and spending time with family up north. She also enjoys beading, sewing, crafting, and she makes our equine memorial bracelets and keychains, to honor those patients who have passed.
Cathy Jo S.
Cathy Jo lives in the Baraboo area with her husband, Nik, their dog, Zoey and cat, Wally. She joined Lodi Veterinary Care in 2010, after earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Equine Science from UW-River Falls. In her free time, Cathy Jo enjoys spending time with her family, working on their farm, traveling to new places, and riding her horse, JT, in competitive distance rides across the state.
Courtney lives in Stoughton with her two elderly pets, a Golden Retriever, Riley, and a tabby cat, Tiger. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a Pre-Veterinary emphasis. She’s currently applying to go to veterinary school and has interests in practicing large animal medicine. Courtney enjoys reading, drawing, and doing almost anything outside, especially hiking and swimming.
Gabbey lives in the Middleton area with her dog, Ember. She is originally from LaCrosse, WI and did completed her undergraduate degree at UW-Madison (Go Badgers!). After graduating with a degree in wildlife ecology, she worked with black bears in Alaska and then deer in Texas. She always loves to see what adventures the animal world will take her on and is so excited to see where her LVC adventure takes her!
Krista grew up in the suburbs of south Chicago and moved to Lodi in 2006. Krista has worked at Lodi Veterinary Care since 2008. She lives with her husband, two sons and daughter. They share their home with one dog and two cats. When not at work, Krista enjoys camping, swimming and kayaking.
Linda grew up in Lodi and has worked at Lodi Veterinary Care since 2006. She and her husband, Rick, share their homestead with five horses, one dog, and numerous cats. She is an avid horse rider and loves competitive endurance races.
Lindsey grew up on her family’s dairy farm outside of Sauk Prairie, showing and judging dairy cattle. She has always loved animals, big and small. She graduated from UW-River Falls in 2018 where she studied Dairy Science and Agribusiness. Lindsey has a dog (Davey), cat (Furby), and fish (Gary). In her free time she enjoys hiking, going to tractor pulls, and grilling out with her friends.
Liz grew up in Portage, WI and was the second of four children. She is a recent graduate of UW-LaCrosse where she studied Photography and Biology. She is considering a career as a veterinarian in the near future. She has two cats, Midnight and Elf, as well as a German Shorthair Pointer, Hunter.
Companion Animal and Puppy Class Instructor
Maureen lives in Lodi with her husband and children. She has been working at Lodi Veterinary Care since 1997. She enjoys teaching the Puppy Kindergarten classes offered at LVC. Her family has two chocolate Labrador Retrievers and a Flat Coated Retriever. She and Grady, her male Lab, are a retired registered therapy team with Pet Partners Inc. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, camping, cross country skiing and spending time with family, as well as volunteering with the Lodi Challengers 4-H Club and Columbia County 4-H Dog project.
Meridee is a member of the WDCTA, and joined the LVC team in 2015. She lives in Portage with her husband, Brad, and their cat, Norman. In her free time, she enjoys riding and driving her horses, Jewel and Missy.
Companion Animal (VSS/VTA)
Pam and her husband, Nate, live in the Lodi area with their children, Walker & Shea. They have two yellow labs, Lexie and Cassie. In their spare time they love to fish, go hiking, boating and spend time with family and friends.
Companion Animal and Dog Obedience Instructor
Sara grew up in a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts with her family dog, Milo. She moved to Wisconsin to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated in May of 2019 with a degree in Psychology. She is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer through the CCPDT and teaches the Puppy II and Basic Obedience classes here in Lodi. She loves working with dogs and cannot wait to get her own soon!
Companion Animal (VSS/VTA)
Telo (teh-low) was born and raised on the Island of Guam. At the age of 16 she moved to Wisconsin and started working at Lodi Veterinary Care in 2014. She is grateful to be a part of the LVC family and honored to help families and their pets. Telo and her husband care for and play with many creatures of their own: two beagles – Burt and Birdie, two kitties – Eva and Baxter, a bunny named Batty, and a large flock of backyard chickens. She enjoys outdoor adventures, vegetable gardening and canning, playing the flute, Pilates, and simply being home with her family and creatures.
Certified Veterinary Technicians
Ali grew up in Germantown, WI with a pet lizard for 15 years. She went to school at UW-River Falls and Madison College and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and an Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology. She has been at LVC since March of 2015. In her free time she enjoys reading, running, and hiking with her beagle, Guster, and greyhound, Beesly.
Barb currently lives in Lodi with her husband, Wayne, and their energetic labrador retriever, Mya. When not at work, she enjoys running, biking, and hiking the Ice Age Trails with Mya. Barb has been at LVC since 1979.
Becky currently lives in Madison with her husband, Nick, and their son. They share their home with three cats, Nooner, Figaro, and Thomas, and a Husky mix, PJ. She has been at LVC since 2007. Becky loves that no one day is the same as the next.
Becky started working at LVC as a technician assistant and graduated from Madison College in May of 2017 as a certified veterinary technician. Becky is newer to the Madison area and is having fun exploring the area with her husband and their Golden Retriever and Jack Russell. She is looking forward to her new adventure as a CVT.
Carmen currently lives in Sauk with her husband, John, and their black Labrador Retriever, Sophie. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, scrapbooking, and maintaining their koi pond. Carmen has been an employee at Lodi Veterinary Care since 1985 and enjoys meeting new clients and patients.
Large Animal & Equine
Chrissy lives outside of Mazomanie with her husband, Don, their two dogs, a corgi and blue heeler, three horses, a Morgan, Rocky Mountain Horse, and a quarter horse, a small flock of hens, and one giant pet rabbit. Chrissy became a CVT in 2010. She has worked in all areas of veterinary medicine – companion, livestock, and equine, and has been with LVC for since 2012. In her free time, she enjoys riding and helping her husband with their small bee keeping operation.
Companion Animal Technician
Danielle currently lives in Lodi, and shares her home with a Great Dane, Lena. She started at LVC as a technician intern, then Veterinary Technician Assistant/Late Night in 2010, and returned as a CVT in 2013. She loves the variety of patients that visit the clinic each day, and helping to provide them with the best care possible. In her free time, Danielle enjoys hiking with Lena, exploring state parks, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Companion Animal, Livestock, Equine
Erica graduated from Madison College in May 2017 from the Veterinary Technician program. Erica has a small farm where she raises Shetland sheep, Nigerian Dwarf goats, chickens and pigs. Erica has four dogs, two Rottweilers named Drogo and Khaleesi, a kelpie that helps herd the sheep named Arya, and a Karakachan named Benjen. In her free time Erica likes watching live music (especially Bruce Springsteen!), writing, reading, and spending time with her animals.
Jeremy grew up in a small town in Canada and moved to Madison in 2017 with his wife, who is the Principal Harpist of the Madison Symphony Orchestra. He is in the process of completing his Associate Degree in the Veterinary Technician program at Madison College. Jeremy has a beautiful dog named Laney, who he adopted from the Vet Tech program and loves spending time with her at the dog park. With his spare time, Jeremy enjoys working out, reading books and woodworking. He would love to have a little woodworking shop one day to make small pieces of furniture.
Kaitlin has been with Lodi Veterinary Care since 2012. She started as a Veterinary Technician Assistant and late night assistant. She has a dog, Frank, and sassy cat named Mousse. In her free time, she enjoys hiking at Devil’s Lake, reading, and crafting.
Kate shares a small farm with her husband and two daughters. They moved from the Chicago area to Wisconsin, hoping to spend more time outside and to be able to have a horse, which became two. Their family loves to ride the horses and play with their dogs, Caper and Marvel. Kate has been with Lodi Veterinary Care since 2004 and loves meeting people and their pets. Her interests include art, reading and trying to turn an old corn field into a garden.
Kristina grew up in Verona, WI and spent many years raising and exhibiting animals in 4-H and FFA. Her first “real” job was at a small animal clinic in Middleton, where she fell in love with veterinary medicine. Kristina graduated from MATC and started working at LVC in 2008. She spent seven years in the companion animal division of the practice, before transferring to Equine. Currently, Kristina lives in Verona with her two cats, a dog, and two horses. In her free time, Kristina enjoys trail riding, reading, and hiking/camping. In the fall, you can also find her giving horse drawn wagon rides to a pumpkin patch at a local Lodi farm.
Mary graduated from Madison College in 2016 and started as a Certified Veterinary Technician at LVC in July of the same year. Mary shares her home in DeForest with husband and her dogs, Nelson and Quimby.
Miranda graduated in May of 2016 from the Veterinary Technician program at Madison College. She currently lives in Madison. Miranda has three cats and a dog back in her hometown of Pardeeville.
Nikki grew up in Freeport, Illinois. She graduated with her associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology at Rockford Career College. She currently resides in Madison with her fiance and two energetic golden retrievers, Jordy & Reggie. She has been with our team at LVC since 2017.
Peyton grew up in Poynette, WI, as the youngest of three children. Growing up, she always had a passion for animals and knew caring for them was in her future. Starting at age 16, Peyton jump-started her career working as a veterinary assistant at the Poynette Veterinary Service for over 6 years until graduating from Madison College in 2015, with her Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology. She became certified shortly after, joining the Lodi team in 2016. She favors assisting with advanced reproduction in the livestock division. In her free time, she enjoys baking, hiking, fishing, photography, horseback riding, and volunteering at a Therapeutic Riding center. She has two cats, Emmy and Pickle, and a holstein heifer, Blu, that she plans on showing.
Tiffani grew up in Freeport, IL and recently graduated from Murray State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology. She currently lives in Sauk City with her Siberian Husky, Nora. In Tiffani’s free time, she enjoys being her family and being outdoors/going on hikes.
Veterinary Technician Assistants
Allie lives outside of Waunakee, WI with her dog, Bella, and two cats, Blue and George. She started working at the clinic when she was 14 years old, cleaning and stocking trucks. Over the past several years, she has taken on many different responsibilities in the Equine and Livestock areas. In 2017, she graduated with a Small Businesses Degree from Madison College. At LVC, Allie works in the Milk Culture Lab, runs the route delivery van, and helps our livestock clients with their on-farm inventory management. In her spare time she enjoys spending time at the lake, boating, snowmobiling, and volunteering for the Waunakee FFA Alumni and Waunakee Winter Wanderers Snowmobile Club.
Alyssa grew up on farm where her family raised beef, pork and sheep. She will be attending Madison College to focus on Veterinary Technician degree or agricultural systems management. She loves spending time with her dog, Koda, as well as her horse, Spree. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, whether its playing tennis, skiing, hiking or riding Spree. She is a Badger and Seahawks fan.
Amanda grew up on a farm and has always enjoyed working with animals. Their farm has almost any animal you can think of, including many cats and three dogs. She also has a special farm cat named Tod. Amanda knew she wanted a career working with animals and started at Lodi Veterinary Care in boarding and has since moved to being a veterinary technician assistant. She currently is attending Madison College to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. Amanda enjoys outdoor activities, as well as spending time with family and friends.
Brian is from Milton, WI and has lived in Lodi since 1990. He and his wife, Jody, have three sons – Bradley, Keith and Matthew. Brian has worked with animals all his life and enjoys hunting and being outdoors.
Caitlin lives in Portage, WI, and started working at LVC as a veterinary technician assistant. She will be attending UW-Platteville to study animal science with a pre-veterinary emphasis. She has one dog – a rescued pug and terrier mix named Rory. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, watching the Packers and walking Rory.
Laboratory Technician – Companion Animal, Livestock & Equine
Colton grew up on a family farm that raised swine and cattle in southern Minnesota. He went to the University of Minnesota to earn a degree in Biology. In his free time, he enjoys reading and is currently working on writing a medical history book.
Darcy grew up in Prairie du Sac and has always loved animals. She is currently attending Madison College to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. She lives with her two dogs, a three year old silver Lab, Koda, and 10 year old Shih Tzu, Ruby. When not at work or school, Darcy enjoys being up north snowmobiling, being on the lake and enjoying the outdoors.
Hannah is from this area and loves going hiking, paddle boarding and kayaking at Devils Lake. She has two dogs, Bucky and Bernie – yes, she is a big Wisconsin sports fan! Hannah is also a dance teacher and has been dancing for 16 years. She hopes to stay in the area, as much of her family is from here, and she feels it is such a beautiful area to live!
Holly moved around a lot as a child but spent the most time in West Bend, WI. Her family currently lives in Santa Clara, CA. She is attending Edgewood College as a Pre-Professional Biology major with an interest in veterinary sciences and minor in anthropology. She has two cats, Eleanor and Atticus, as well as two Dachshunds, Lily and Layla. In her free time she enjoys gardening, cooking and traveling.
Jaclyn grew up in Lodi and was happily surrounded by all sorts of animals ranging from dogs and guinea pigs, to cattle and box turtles. After graduating from UW-LaCrosse with a Biology degree, she happily returned back to her hometown. She has been with the Lodi Veterinary Care team since 2015. Jaclyn is currently in the Veterinary Medicine program at UW-Madison. With any free time she gets, she can be found playing with her dog Rylee, riding horses, playing volleyball or spending time with family and friends
Jane lives in Lodi with her husband and two Bengal cats, Benson and Mika. She has been a part of the Lodi Veterinary Care team for over 20 years. Her favorite part about her job is being able to work with the animals and the staff. In her free time, she enjoys powerlifting. Jane has broken 15 world records in powerlifting and will be inducted into the hall of fame in 2017. When she isn’t at work or powerlifting, Jane enjoys spending time with her 5 grandchildren.
Katie lives in Lodi with her husband, a fun-loving rescue dog named Remy, and two guinea pigs, Stuart and Teddy. She joined the Lodi Veterinary Care team in May of 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree from UW Madison in Agricultural Business Management. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hunting, dropping the boat in a lake for some fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
Maggie started working at LVC in 2016. She is currently attending the Veterinary Technician program at Madison College She grew up on a dairy farm in Portage, WI, where she developed her love for animals. She is the second oldest of five children, and has a dog, Skippy, and two cats, Muffin and Bear. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, baking, reading, and horseback riding.
Madeline currently lives in Madison with her two dogs Winston and Oliver. She joined the Lodi Veterinary Care team in 2017 after graduating from UW Madison with a bachelors in Animal Science. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping and horseback riding.
Mary grew up in Cross Plains, WI, and is now residing in a 270sqft tiny home with her Border Collie, Mattis. Mary is currently enrolled in Veterinary Technician online program, which she plans to complete in 2020. She very much enjoys coming to work, but on her days off she spends time with her BIG family, goes horseback riding, and likes to go on adventures with her loving, and energetic dog!
Merilyn lives in Prairie Du Sac with his wife. He has been working with Lodi Veterinary Care, since 2004, in the livestock division. In addition to being an assistant, he also does maintenance work for the clinic. Merilyn is responsible for feeding and care of the donor animals. In his free time he enjoys fishing.
Nikita grew up in the Sauk area but lived in Oklahoma for two years. She has two fur babies Diesel and Ace. She loves learning new things and in her free time enjoys painting, as well as traveling and outdoor activities. She has been to Africa and hopes to explore the rest of the world!
Samantha recently moved to Madison after earning her B.S. in Conservation and Environmental science from UW-Milwaukee. She is currently pursuing her Veterinary Technician certification from Madison College. In her my free time, Samantha likes to hike, kayak and camp with her dog, Chester. She also enjoys reading, cooking and traveling.
Sierra grew up in Lodi and currently attends Lodi High School. She has worked at LVC for several years in the boarding/daycare area and is now working as a veterinary technician assistant. She is a huge animal lover and hopes to study veterinary medicine in the future. She has had English Springer Spaniels, a guinea pig and has recently taken up horse riding.
Stephanie grew up in the Lodi/Sauk area. She started working at LVC as a boarding team member in 2013 and is currently a veterinary technician assistant. She currently attends UW-Plateville studying pre-veterinary medicine. Stephanie has two dogs – a Chesapeake Bay Retriever and a German Wirehaired Pointer. In her free time she enjoys playing tennis, going to movies and spending time with family and friends.
The Administrative Team
After graduating from UW-Stevens Point, Camille knew she wanted to raise her family in the same community she grew up in. Camille and her husband, Kevin, their two sons, Kyle and Luke share their household with two Labrador Retrievers, Remi and Ada, and one crazy cat, Bullet. They fill all of their free time with family visits, fishing, hunting, and trips to the cabin or the Upper Peninsula for vacation. Camille has been with LVC since 1997 and enjoys the fact that every day is different. “Dream, Imagine and Believe.” These are the words that grace the wall of Camille’s office, and the words that she hopes inspire the LVC team to reach their fullest potential.
Scott is from Lodi and has worked as LVC’s inventory manager since 2008. He has two children and enjoys playing sports, especially softball.
Livestock & Equine Manager
Shelly grew up in Dousman, WI and spent summers learning to ride horses and milk cows on her Grandparents’ farm. She has worked at Lodi Veterinary Care as the Livestock and Equine manager since 2012. She lives on a small hobby farm with her dog, Opa, as well as a donkey, horses, goats, cats, and chickens. She enjoys outdoor activities, competitive sports, and woodworking.
The Playground Team
Abby graduated UW-Madison with a film and art degree in 2012. She has always been a dog-lover and as her first family dog, Mortimer, was a Boston Terrier, she is a bit partial to them. In her free time, Abby enjoys hiking, watching the Great British Bake-Off, and relaxing with her dogs Lucy (Bullmastiff) and Eleanor (French Bulldog Mix). She currently lives in the Lodi/Sauk Prairie area with her family.
Kate joined the LVC Playground daycare team in 2018. She has three animals – a Border Collie mix, a Labrador Retriever, and a tuxedo kitty. She loves a good adventure and has so many places she would like to travel within the U.S. and outside of the country. She loves the outdoors, mainly hiking and fishing. When Kate is not working, you can find her on a lake day or night!
Aubrie Anna P.
Being in a military family, Aubrie Anna’s longest home has been Missouri and her family recently moved to Lodi to settle in. She went to the University of Kentucky, Go Cats! Her favorite past time is anything to do with crafting or bible journaling, watching crime shows, and most of all football. Golden Retrievers are her ABSOLUTE favorite furry friend and she is currently in the process of finding her own fluff. Aubrie Anna plans on going back to school to get her teaching degree and hopefully teach within grades 1-3.
