Lodi Veterinary Care (hereinafter, “Lodi Veterinary Care,” “we,” “us”, “our”) is
committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how we may collect, use
and disclose your personal information when you use our website, lodivet.com.
This Privacy Policy does not address personal information that you provide to us
in other contexts (e.g., through in hospital communication and other relationships
with Lodi Veterinary Care).

1. Acceptance of Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Lodi
Veterinary CareTerms of Service (the “Terms of Service”). If you do not agree
to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. Your continued
use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will mean
that you accept those changes.

2. How We Collect Information.
We gather the following personal and non-personal information about users:
(i) Automatic Information. This includes which pages of the Site were visited, the
order in which the pages of the Site were visited, and the hyperlinks which were
“clicked,” IP addresses and the general geographic location of the IP address,
operating system, and browser software used by each Site user. This type of
data allows us to serve you better and more efficiently, personalize your
experience with the Site and services offered on the Site.
(ii) Information You Provide to Us. We collect personal information from users at
several different points on this Site, including when you create an account, order
from the online store, provide patient prescription information, and payment
informaiton. This type of information may include names, mailing addresses, e-
mail addresses, telephone numbers, credit card information, and passwords. You
acknowledge and agree that you are required to provide accurate and current
information when registering for an account on our Site.
(iii) Mobile Information. When you use or download our mobile apps or subscribe
to SMS text alerts, we may receive information about your location from your
mobile device, as well as your mobile device’s unique identifier. We may use this
information to provide location-based services, advertising, search results, or
other personalized content directly to you. You can turn off location services on
your device when accessing our Site.
(iv) Direct Communications with Us. When you send an e-mail message to or
otherwise contact us, we may use the information provided by you to respond to
your communication and/or as described in this Privacy Policy, and we may
archive that information.

3. How We Use and Disclose Information Collected Through the Site. We
use your personal information to provide the products and services offered
through the Site, and to improve your user experience. Unless you give us
permission to do so, we will not share your personal information with third parties

Lodi Veterinary Care to provide products and services, such as those who are

personal information; and
(v) Routinely backing up the systems to protect the integrity of personal

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be revised from
time to time as we add new features and services, as laws change, and as
industry privacy and security best practices evolve. If we update the Privacy
Policy, we will let you know about our changes we consider material by placing a
note on the Site or you may receive an email with notification of the updated
Privacy Policy. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically, and especially
before you provide any personal information. This Privacy Policy was last
updated on the date indicated above. Small changes or changes that do not
significantly affect individual privacy interests may be made at any time and
without prior notice.

6. Children’s Privacy.
(i) Under Age 13. We do not knowingly collect or retain personally identifiable
information about persons under 13 years of age. Any person who provides their
personal information to Lodi Veterinary Care via the Site represents that they are
13 years of age or older. The Site does not knowingly solicit or collect personally
identifiable information online from children under the age of 13 without prior
verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has
submitted personally identifiable information online without parental consent, we
will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases
and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to
protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law). If you

(ii) Under Age 18. We do not sell products on this Site for purchase by children
under the age of 18. Children under 18 years of age may only use this Site with
the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Minors under 18 years of age may
have the personal information that they have provided to us through the Site
deleted by contacting us at lodivet@lodivet.com and requesting deletion. Please
note that, while we make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests,
deletion of your personal information does not ensure complete and
comprehensive removal of that data from all our systems and back-up systems.

7. Accessing, Changing or Deleting Your Personal Information. If you would
like to change, update, or delete your information from our systems, you can e-

8. Website Visitors from Outside the United States. Lodi Veterinary Care and
its servers are located in the United States and are subject to the applicable laws
of the United States (where data privacy laws are less stringent than in the
European Union and some other jurisdictions). If you choose to access or use
the Site, you consent to the transfer, use and disclosure of information in
accordance with this Privacy Policy and subject to such applicable laws.
