Thank you for your interest in our overnight boarding services. Please complete the below form to submit your request for overnight boarding. Please allow 24-48 business hours* for reply on availability and/or confirmation.
*If you are a new client, we must have proof of vaccination on file in order to begin the overnight boarding request process.

* Friendly Reminder – In order to complete and confirm your reservation, we require proof of current vaccines (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella) and a negative intestinal parasite test. If you are a new client to us, please have your veterinarian email lodivet@lodivet.com or fax (608)-592-5701 records to us to complete your request.
