Lodi Veterinary Care’s Wellness Packages provide your horse with the preventative care it needs, while giving you added benefits on other products and services.

How do I enroll?
You can enroll in our wellness programs at any time during in the year. Just call us at (608) 592-7755 x2 or ask your veterinarian at your horse’s next visit.
Classic & Comprehensive Plan Details
We provide two wellness plan options to cover the preventative care that’s necessary for your horse. We recommend the Classic Plan for horses that do not travel, board, or come into contact with other horses frequently. We recommend the Comprehensive Plan for horses that board, travel and/or show.

What are the costs and payment options?
When purchasing a plan you have the option to pay in full or monthly. When choosing to pay monthly, the total cost of the plan will be divided across 12-months, plus an initial, per-horse set-up fee.
Classic Plan Pricing
Paid in Full: $535.20 paid in full at the time of purchase.
Payment Plan: $44.60 automatic withdrawal monthly payment (over 12 months) + one time $35 set-up fee
Comprehensive Plan Pricing
Paid in Full: $707.60 paid in full at the time of purchase.
Payment Plan: $58.97 automatic withdrawal monthly payment (over 12 months) + one time $35 set-up fee
More FAQ’s
Are farm call charges included? No, call charges are not included and must be paid separately. However, for appointments scheduled on the same day, call charges can be split amongst multiple owners to increase savings.
How will I receive my rewards card? Rewards cards will be mailed USPS within two business days of purchasing.
What if I don’t use my rewards card during the year? No problem! Unused balances can be applied toward next year’s package.
Is there an enrollment deadline? Nope! You can enroll at any time of the year.
What can rewards cards be used for? Rewards cards can be used for any equine product or service at Lodi Veterinary Care.
Are refunds and transfers allowed? Pro-rated refunds are available in the event of the sale or death of an enrolled horse. The unused portion of the plan may be transferred to another horse if that horse remains in our practice area.
If I have an emergency, can I enroll and still receive the discount? Yes! Just call our office within 48-hours to set up your package and we will apply the discount.
