Lodi Vet Companion Animal Wellness Plans

To help you and your pet, we have developed healthcare packages that provide your pet’s annual recommended preventative care at the most affordable price.

​In order to specifically tailor our plans to your pet’s needs, we provide multiple wellness plan options. These options include plans specific to puppies, kittens, adult dogs and cats, and senior dogs and cats. Which plan is right for me?

In order to offer the best care for your pet, we have created wellness plans for cats and dogs in all stages of life. Details on these plans can be found in the ‘What’s Included’ section. If you have any questions, are unsure which plan is right for you, or would like to sign up, please give us a call!

What are the costs and payment options?

Packages can be paid in full or financed over the year. We have now designed our packages to be financed into affordable monthly payments for a $35 set up fee. An an active savings or checking account is required for this option. Please bring your account information or a voided check to your appointment if you are interested in exploring these options.

How do I enroll?

We will discuss our wellness programs at your pet’s annual exam or first puppy/kitten visit. If you have questions just call us at 608-592-3232 or ask at your pet’s next visit. For specific pricing information, please call, email, or ask a team member at your pet’s next appointment.

What type of services are included?

Our wellness plans are designed to provide the necessary care for your pet. All packages include the following:

  • ​$50.00 Healthcare Reward Card to be used at future visits during the next year for services or products from Lodi Veterinary Care
  • A 10% discount on heartworm preventatives when purchased in quantities that provide a minimum of six months of protection
  • A 10% discount on flea/tick preventatives when purchased in quantities that provide a minimum of six months of protection

Individualized Wellness Plan Packages

Puppy/Kitten

  • 3 developmental wellness visits
  • 1 adolescent exam at 6 months of age
  • Vaccinations as recommended based on your puppy/kitten’s lifestyle
  • 2 intestinal parasite tests
  • 1 complimentary nail trim
  • 2 doses of dewormer
  • 1 complimentary dose of heartworm and flea and tick preventative
  • 1 Feline Leukemia and FIV test (cats only)
  • (Optional) Spay or neuter

Canine Adult/Senior

  • 2 comprehensive physical examinations (annual and 6 month wellness)
  • Vaccinations as recommended based on your pet’s lifestyle
  • 1 yearly intestinal parasite test
  • Adult or senior wellness blood work (complete blood count, chemistry profile, urinalysis)
  • Heartworm test
  • Tick-borne disease screening (Lyme, Anaplasma, Ehrlichia)

Feline Adult/Senior

  • Comprehensive annual physical examination
  • Vaccinations as recommended based on your pet’s lifestyle
  • Adult or senior wellness bloodwork
