Lodi Veterinary Care- DeForest allows our current team of veterinarians, certified veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants and veterinary service specialists to extend the quality care we provide at the Lodi Veterinary Care to the DeForest community.

Services at Lodi Veterinary Care- DeForest focuses on wellness exams, vaccinations and other routine medical care.  After hours emergency, advanced imaging, surgical services, hospitalization, and intensive care are be provided at our Lodi location.  Our upgraded computer technology allows us to access medical records and schedule appointments from both locations.

Lodi Veterinary Care- DeForest is located in the DeForest Towne Center, 639 South Main Street, Suite #101.  Care is provided Monday through Friday 8a.m. - 5p.m.
